For emergency maintenance, please call 0114 247 9199 to report emergency faults. Out of office hours this will forward your call to our engineers so please ensure that your fault falls into the emergency category. Any call outs which turn out to be non emergency will be chargeable to the tenant.
Emergencies include - broken glass, leaking water, electrics which are sparking or causing danger
Emergencies do not include tripped electrics, broken heating etc these can be reported via the non emergency channel
Tenants are reminded that ancillary items like doorbells, wasps, ants, satelite or TV aerials are the not the landlords responsibility.
