To apply for any of our rental property you must be in employment and earn a certain level of income. This income may include Child Tax and Working Tax credits. We will also look at poor credit rating on an individual basis. Follow the steps below to apply;
1) Ideally you should have viewed the property as no application charges are refundable.
2) Check you can afford the property by clicking here.
3) Telephone us or call in to our office with a card payment.
4) Once we receive the payment we will issue an online application form.
5) We will then make the offer to the landlord.
6) On the landlords approval we will process your application.
Application charges are non refundable and cover the cost of administration up to and including your moving into to the property and the charges made by a third party to process your checks. Please be aware that we use a third party to carry out comprehensive checks and references on potential tenants, which are not the same as a personal credit files that can be purchased on the internet.
If you are worried about poor credit rating or the ability to afford a property then please talk to us before applying for a property.
The application form should be filled out by each applicant over 18 years old. One form should be filled out per applicant. If you need other forms such as guarantor forms they will be emailed to you once relevant. Anyone who does not have online access can fill in a paper based form but extra charges may apply.
